Who We Are

The Fallbrook Land Conservancy (FLC) is a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to acquiring, protecting, and managing open space in perpetuity for the benefit of wildlife and the community through:

Land Protection.  We currently protect more than 4,000 acres of open space including the 1200 acre Margarita Peak, 10 other preserves, and over 600 acres of conservation easements.

Tree Planting and Habitat Restoration.  The Save Our Forest Group has planted more than 4,000 trees and our Land Management and Native Plants Restoration teams have completed numerous habitat restoration projects on our preserves.

FLC's Trails Committee maintains an extensive system of hiking and riding trails on seven of our preserves.

FLC offices and meeting room are located in the historic Palomares House at 1815 S. Stage Coach Lane.
