Spring Nature Walk at Gird Valley Preserve

Saturday, March 11 at 9 am

This walk will be led by Jonathan Snapp-Cook, a botanist and restoration ecologist with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Jonathan works with the Fallbrook Land Conservancy through the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program. This is a program of the Fish and Wildlife Service that provides technical and financial support to private land owners like the FLC. Jonathan enjoys working with the public on restoration projects. Searching for native plants and teaching about them is one of his passions.

This will be a leisurely walk, but there are some steep and uneven sections of trail. Bring a camera or binoculars if you have them. Sun protection and water are also recommended. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be on leash and cleaned up after.
