FLC CommitteesSAVE OUR FOREST COMMITTEE This committee carries out a program of planting trees and shrubs on the preserves with the approval and supervision of the FLC Preserve Manager. The SOF Committee Chair supervises program in the community at large. It makes quarterly reports to the Executive Director and the Chairman. TRAILS COMMITTEE This committee maintains the trails in the Santa Margarita River valley in cooperation with FPUD and the County of San Diego. They also help in the planning and implementation of the Fallbrook Community Trails Plan for public trails not on FLC properties. The Trails Council makes quarterly reports to the Executive Director and Chairman. NATIVE PLANT AND WILDFLOWER TEAM This group plans and implements native plant restoration projects on Los Jilgueros Preserve. SPECIAL ADVISORY AFFILIATES This is an ad-hoc group of experts (financial, legal, educational, management, etc.) who advise the Executive Director and various committee chairs on specific areas of interest for those committees.
